الرسامتان الشموسية والكهنوتية لقدس الأب نقولا (يوسف) باباساغلو

ببركة أبينا صاحب الغبطة البطريرك يوحنّا العاشر، تمّت الرسامتان الشموسية والكهنوتية للأخ يوسف باباساغلو بوضع يد صاحب السيادة الأسقف قسطنطين (كيال) في دير مار الياس شويا البطريركي في لبنان، وذلك يومي السبت والأحد الواقعين في 3 و 4 تشرين الأول 2020،  حيث سيخدم رعيّة مدينة الاسكندرون. متخذا شفاعة القديس نيقولاوس واسمه، كونه سيخدم كنيسته في مدينة اسكندرون.
وقد شارك الأرشمندريت مكسيموس من معهد القديس يوحنا الدمشقي في قداس الرسامة الأولى يوم السبت، والأرشمندريت يعقوب عميد المعهد في قداس الرسامة الثانية يوم الأحد.
قدس الأب نقولا: ولد في مدينة الصورية في لواء الاسكندرون. تخرّج حاملاً إجازة في اللاهوت من معهد القدّيس يوحنّا الدمشقيّ اللاهوتيّ في جامعة البلمند سنة ٢٠١٩، حيث كان قد التحق بالمعهد المذكور ببركة راعي أبرشيّة حلب والإسكندرون وتوابعهما، صاحب السيادة المطران بولس. وهو متأهل من السيدة حبيبة كوشاغلو.
وخلال قدّاس الرسامة الكهنوتية، تمّت ترقية الأب خريستوفوروس إلى رتبة إرشمندريت.

Deaconate and Priesthood Ordinations of Father Nicholas (Yusuf) Papasoğlu

With the blessing of His Beatitude Patriarch Youhanna X, both Deaconate and Priesthood Ordinations of our brother Yusuf Papasoğlu were completed by placing the hand of His Eminence Bishop Constantine (Kayal) in the Patriarchal Monastery of Saint Elias Chwayya in Lebanon, on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4, 2020. The new priest took Saint Nicolas as a patron saint and will be serving the parish in the city of Alexandretta.
Archimandrite Maximos Jamal from the Saint John of Damascus Institute of Theology participated in the Divine Liturgy for the first ordination on Saturday, and Archimandrite Jack Khalil, Dean of the Institute, participated in the Divine Liturgy for the second ordination on Sunday.
Reverend Father Nicolas: Born in Sarilar in the Sanjak of Alexandretta. He graduated with a BA in Theology from the Saint John of Damascus Institute of Theology at the University of Balamand in 2019, having joined the Institute with the blessing of the pastor of the diocese of Aleppo, Iskenderun, and dependencies, His Eminence Metropolitan Paul. He is married to Mrs. Habibe Kusoglu.
During the Liturgy for the priesthood ordination, Father Christophoros was promoted to the rank of Archimandrite.
