Great News from the 19th Biblical Conference of the Biblical Federation in the Middle East!
The St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology at the University of Balamand had the honor of hosting renowned biblical scholar Jean-Noël Aletti as part of the Biblical Conference of the Biblical Federation in the Middle East, themed “Hope does not put us to shame” (Rom. 5:5). Aletti delivered an insightful lecture on “Évolution de la recherche sur la lettre aux Romains,” shedding light on recent developments in the study of Paul’s epistle.
The conference featured a rich lineup of speakers, including Archimandrite Jack Khalil, Fr. Jean Azzam, Fr. Samir Bchara, and s. Yara Matta, who contributed thought-provoking presentations on various biblical themes.
